Cheesemaking 12/14/2015 Tried my hand at making goat cheese. I used lemon juice to acidify the goat milk and tried to match up herbs that would taste nice against that backdrop. So far, I've made dill, cilantro, and chive flavors. Dill is my personal favorite, so far. The process really wasn't as daunting as I had anticipated...just a lot of waiting.
